Moxie was founded in 2007 with a focus on executive search for roles where the decisions carried real consequence.

Ben Kershaw
Ben has over 20 years of executive search experience across the UK, Australia, Singapore, and New Zealand. He works with owners, boards, CEOs, and their advisors when progress has stalled, growth has outpaced the team, or step-change is required.
Ben's role is to ensure pivotal hiring decisions are made at their full potential — not settled for. This means defining what the seats truly require, ensuring ambition doesn't settle for adequacy, and making sure the business commits fully before search begins.
Carleen Thomson
Carleen is Moxie's Principal Consultant with more than 18 years of search experience. Her focus includes executive and leadership search across finance, accounting, and commercial roles.
Lauren Thompson
Lauren is a Senior Consultant leading operations and technical search. Her focus includes leadership roles across operations, supply chain, and engineering.
Sheree Kershaw
Sheree has more than 20 years of experience in executive support and operations. She ensures Moxie's operations and systems run smoothly.
