Moxie was founded in 2007 with a focus on executive search for roles where the decisions carried real consequence.
Over nearly two decades, the pattern became clear: businesses stall when problems and opportunities are owned by the wrong people, or by no one at all. Businesses ready to accelerate often lack the capability to get there.

Ben Kershaw
Ben has over 20 years of executive search experience across the UK, Australia, Singapore, and New Zealand. He works with owners, boards, CEOs, and their advisors when progress has stalled, growth has outpaced the team, or step-change is required.
Ben's role is to ensure pivotal hiring decisions are made at their full potential — not settled for. This means defining what the seats truly require, ensuring ambition doesn't settle for adequacy, and making sure the business commits fully before search begins.
